Anime TYBW Question (S17E6)

Just help me play out a hypothetical situation here. In Ep 6 Yhwach reveals he's been to speak to Aizen and offer him freedom in exchange for allegiance.
Now whether or not this is a likely scenario let's just say it happens. How does this play out?
Aizen agrees to join the Vandenreich and as a natural result of working for them shows them his drawn sword (that sounds lewd). Is there anything stopping him from eventually placing everyone under hypnosis? Am I misunderstanding how it works?

In a what if scenario that Lord Aizen joins Vandenreich. None but Yhwach can stop him from falling for his Bankai. Yhwach would just repeatedly kill Aizen until he is completely dead. This can set Yhwach back since no other Quincy can actually defeat Lord Aizen even with them unleashing Quincy: Vollständig. The Soul Reapers would just have to use Ichigo again, but since Ichigo can't use his older abilities anymore, he can somewhat win but at a narrow chance. Yhwach has an ability that can defeat Lord Aizen but I don't know if you read all of Bleach or watched the rest of the anime too tell you what it is.

In another note, Lord Aizen will never "join" the Quincy Reich. It counters everything Lord Aizen's goals and ambitions. His intentions and motives actually go in depth in the LN Spin-off Bleach: Can't Fear Your Own World.
