Well recently I completed this game I downloaded from here and completed some extra stuff too, even hacked the game to get some clothes for my character before I unlock it and whatever lol:

It runs fine on my old Windows 10 PC despite its CPU have 4 cores 4 threads, its GPU is 1050ti and it has 8 GB RAM lol but the only issue I had was sometimes textures of the character when clothes changed not properly updated so change the clothes until it gets normal. I didn't even experience any crash.

I was fooled and confused a lot before playing this game on Vita3K because people shower "unplayable crashes in character creation" but they mostly mean how it runs badly on smartphones without mentioning what they play on or their emulator setting is not decent for this game so I was glad it run okay on my oldie but goodie PC I use for emulator stuff for in case it may make my PC explode lol . It can even run most Switch 1 games just fine but it fartin' hard in slow motion trying to run Astral Chain sometimes lol.

I had pretty much no issues.

Edit: Actually, there's a couple issues. Sometimes its just freezes while loading and doesn't respond again. It's rare but it happens.

Also, after playing a couple missions in a row your character randomly goes silent until you reset. He (or she) doesn't say anything and doesn't make any noise when hitting enemies or running (Just as the player can hear, in-game mechanics still work as if you made noise). Is easy to ignore but this one does happen a lot.

This is, so far, the only vita game that works for me in vita3k. I finished all the routes; there is a third one which is hidden until you finish the other 2 and I think is the true one I guess? Since you end up fighting the real final boss and has a lot more information about the whole situation and accompanied with more art style in the story telling.
It was a fun game with a solid story; I'm very critical of the protagonist in a story and I must say that the 3 of them here are very well written for a short action rpg, they all have development. I'm not saying anything about the music, I mean, it's Falcom.
So I wanted to say mostly that, besides 2 random crashes that I had this works ok in vita3k; maybe the mayor problem it has(at least for me) are some graphical glitches now and then: sometimes appears black rectangle/squares flashing on and off on some characters or enemies, restarting the game fix it for the moment until they appear again but, thankfully, this doesn't happen very often.
