Translation patch for a rare game?

I'd like to know if someone has seen an English patch translation for the game Wonder B-Cruise for PS1
A friend of mine tho know Japanese showed me this tactic game and furry jokes aside it looks promising because I love tactic games.

Never heard of this one but that looks like a Susumu Matsushita cover to me.

Doesn't exist AFAIK. You could try the AI translation in Retroarch if you really wanna play it. Since its a tactics game, it probably doesn't have a lot of story.
