Translating ISOs

How do I translate a PSP ISO rom file? I think I could do it, I just don't know what to use.

I would start with UMDgen, it allows you to extract the files from the iso

Unless you're comfortable using a hex editor and that can be more problematic. Also finding where the textfiles are once you are able to extract the files from the iso. Ghidra can help too. Also Kuriimu 2 helps.
