Top 3 Vegetables

You heard the thread title. List your top 3 vegetables ASAP and explain why.

Mine are:

3) Spinach
2) Tomato
1) Hot Peppers

I can add any of these to any dish and I'll be happy. They go beautifully with pizza, pasta, meat of any sort, soup, sauces – what's not to like? ;)

I stand for spinach, it's delicious. I love frying some up with a tiny bit of olive oil and a tiniest amount of lemon oil.
I say bell peppers as they are delicious and really good for you, as well as broccoli and green beans. Broccoli is in my top 3 foods of all time, and green beans are also amazing.

I love eating kangkung with sweet and spicy peanut sauce. Just combine them in one bowl. I can eat just that for a week.

I add cai xin into my Indomie and meatball. It's refreshing bitter-ish taste kinda wash off the greasy nature of meatball and Indomie.

I stir-fry bok choy daily, just for snack lol

The potato: easy to incorporate in all meal times, plus I can cut that sucker in half, plant it and more will grow.

Habanero hot peppers: Good for salsas and if you are a degenerate who loves heat. I grew some of these babies last year and got more than I could ever use.

Cucumbers: Yeah it's technically a fruit, but you know they mingle in the vegetable family, this is my absolute favorite, a fresh garden cucumber has very few rivals.

Yeah, fried eggplant, i make them into something like fries
And also fried cabbage, and fried onions too
It's unhealthy so don't consume it too much
