Tool for inserting files into CDI and GDI games!!!

Hello everyone, how do I insert files from a game I translated from Dreamcast to test if it works with CDI/GDI files?

I've already tried extracting them with GD-ROM Explorer, but it only extracts them and doesn't reinsert them.

If you’re trying to reinsert your translated files into a GDI or CDI image, I’d recommend checking out Universal Dreamcast Patcher. It supports both formats and lets you apply changes to the disc image directly. You can build a patch or overwrite files, then rebuild the image for testing. More info on SegaXtreme.

Also, if you're converting between GDI and CDI, there are tools like gdi-conversion on GitHub or guides on YouTube that walk through the process3.

Well I know this can be used to create the patch:

Never used it though but it can create patch for games and also can be used to patch the games so it says. I saved it somewhere for in case I may need to use it.

As of version 1.3, Universal Dreamcast Patcher now ships bundled with its own dedicated patch-building utility. This utility, Universal Dreamcast Patch Builder, produces a DCP patch file based on changes between two disc images (modified and original).
