In both games, I get to a point where there's one enemy I can't kill. I pump 'em full of lead and they don't go down. So I can't move on. In the first game it's at the part with those moving platforms (where you can get hit by the hooks) and in the Project Titan it's when the chopper shows up. I'm also playing TC3 on PCSX2 and I'm waiting for it to happen with that one. How can I get past this?

If it matters, I'm using my mouse as the Guncon.

Can't say I've ever had that issue myself. I've had issues with the arcade version of TC1 with the invincible helicopters, but not with Duckstation and I played through them lately.

You're using the NTSC ROMs, yeah? And one of the latest versions of Duckstation?

Yes to both

Is it a calibration issue maybe where an enemy hitbox is just close enough to a screen extremity? I think it was either Duckstation of PCSX2 had a dedicated "pass calibration" hotkey of some kind to ensure full binding with the mouse?
