was a a flex player, D.va/Junkrat/Zenyatta, would piss people off as junkrat, would antiair phara by launching myself into the air on my mines and just unloading my grenades in her face lol. Air superiority!
i probably played this game for a week but this whole "hero shooter" thing just aint for me. i prefer a classic arena shooter like UT2004 (my beloved) where everyone is equally desperate or disgustingly good lmao it's just you and your skills. no special abilities, no "counters" for this or that character, no insane lootboxes with useless junk in it and to quote the poet videogamedunkey "IT'S JUST GAME. GOOD GAME."
i was really into overwatch during 2017-2020 and i got back into it a little when overwatch 2 came out but the gameplay just frustrates me and I realised i dont actually find it very fun.
I’ve been having so much fun with the game this summer. I even maxed out the battle pass to get my coveted ”retro gamer” title lol, and I got the mythic skin for Reinhardt after using his epic ”Paragon” skin since like 2016 lol
Been maining Torbjörn and Venture, and they’re both SO much fun to play around with. Torbjörn feels like a mini-tank and mini-sniper at the same time, and Venture’s movement options are so fun to dig around and obliterate backline healers with.
Perks are SUCH a good addition to the game.
(Mythic skins are customizable, mine doesn’t look exactly like this but it’s pretty close)
overwatch was my favorite game in the world for a period of like three years back in the day. i liked it a lot longer than most people did, actually. but unfortunately i just can't seem to have much fun when i try and play these days. it's a shame because i don't think any other game is going to let me play tf2 medic that can fly.
i played it when it first came out. it was ok. i liked playing junkrat because i played demoman a lot. mei and pharah where my least favorite heros to play against. i didn't play it for that long.
Played Overwatch and release and I was smitten until it all crumbled with Brig. Was on and off quick play for most of it's life after her release. With the release of Overwatch 2 i didn't hate it but the swung into a whole new direction that I was turned off. I swapped to Marvel Rivals once that released. Personally indifferent to the game nowadays but I enjoyed it at least for 2-3 years. If they bring back the soul of the game which is the lore I might consider going back but as it stands it just serves as a memory for the good times.
Crashed out today after a total of 0-7 in the past two sessions with unwinnable match after unwinnable match. Do people just play stacks in unranked? The enemy team in these unwinnable matches just seems hyper aware of absolutely everything going on and constantly back each other up, where I can play a tank and can't keep the team's attention long enough with me to move forward an inch before they've failed a flank half the map away and I die because the healer ran off with a Genji or something.
taught on Overwatch? a typical boring hero shooter with some decent charters design with the company that runs it has shit for brains. It´s a game that I tried and it manage to make me not have fun a single match and most matches ended up with either team spawn camping the other team.
Not even Strinova that uses anime hero charter where fun at all. Honestly at this point the only Hero shooter game I want to play is Battlefeild Heros that game was fun even if it was killed by greed.
But yeah I rather play CoD or BF than Oversnatch or PUBG or similar.

Just uninstalled the game. A 15 loss streak scattered across two weeks and multiple sessions. Not worth my time when there's literally nothing more I can do in any of the matches as a solo queue player and don't get to have any fun at all.
I’m Diamond 3 and ran into a “Challenger top 181” in a Diamond 3–Master 5 lobby. The guy was terrible, and we lost. I laughed at him in VC because it was obvious he wasn’t really a Challenger, just someone grinding hours to boost their Challenger score. I hit Top 500 back in Season 7, and I’ve got that itch to get there again (this time playing with gyro only), but the game’s kind of dead now: most people have moved on to Rivals or other games. Still, I can’t help but enjoy it.
I’m afraid the boat sailed a long time ago. I should’ve streamed back when I was T500, and I probably shouldn’t spend time playing this now. I made a new account and have played for 22 hours so far; I think I could reach Master 1 or GM5 by the end of the season, but I’d rather play Diablo IV with a friend instead.

I might follow your lead. From Diamond 3 to Diamond 5 (one more and I’ll be Plat 1). I’ve lost a ton in a row, and the game keeps putting me in lobbies with platinum tanks, every single one. I get that silly “consolation,” and in the few matches without a plat tank, I get the “expected.” It feels like the game is straight-up telling me it wants me to derank. Why waste time with this rigged matchmaking?
The gap between a Plat 1 tank and a Diamond 3 to Master 5 is ridiculous. I’m getting rolled out of nowhere, but hey, it’s apparently fine because the game expected me to lose anyway.
It’s so hard to keep enjoying Overwatch. I don’t mind losing, but I just want to have a good match and play against people with the same skill level., not this bullshit were the matcmaking is forcing to play uneven and unfair ranked matches just for the sake of it
I don't play Overwatch but I do remember one funny moment involving it.
