Nier Automata and many BS alongside with Edgyrunners BS showed us that society has a granma fetish or something going for white haired (or almost white haired) female characters, and then tons of kids wasting their daddy's money to buy the game they don't even wanna play just because "boi dats the game of the anime deez nuts dEeZ NUUUTSSS!" lolol.

Man, I remember the day I played Fortnite's public beta.

I was so bored playing Unreal Tournament 3, I was like "dude Epic Fail should release a better Unreal than the 2004. It's like they had no idea nor care why people liked the 2004 one" and entered their Epic Fail website. They had open beta for the new Unreal game they cancelled just because of Fortnite, and also Fortnite's beta. I played the rubbish Fortnite and it was like some empty map I used to see in Nintendo 64 games and you could only play as the typical "sexy" women characters Americans love to watch them twerking. You could magically make objects exist in the game to create cover for yourself and shit. So back then I knew that game would be hit because 99% of society is perverted and look what happened, same BS as Overwatch lol.

I still cry for new Unreal Tournament game lolol.

Its a piece of software , devoid of any life in its design and soulless without any mercy . Cant making fun of it because its tedious and boring in motion and horrible when the action is rolling .

Its existence isnt justified and still .... it was sold ....somehow ....

Bubsy 3D was always available to rent at Blockbuster Video back in the day. Not much to say that hasn't been said already. It Bubsy 3D were released 3 years earlier on Atari Jaguar (cartridge or CD) it wouldn't have caught as much flak, I'll give it a break - But in '96, on PlayStation of all systems? Deserved.

There's this guy on youtube who's obsessed with Bubsy 3D. He's claimed to have put over 10k hours into the game.

He's not trying to be a hipster or ironic either - he genuinely loves the game.

Later when I have a few minutes I'll try to find his youtube channel.

Also are you guys aware that the company that made Bubsy 3D also made the Syphon Filter games??

I'm always wary of games that are "popular to hate", and it seems that this one gets a lot of heat following the AVGN's "mini review".

That said, it's not a good game by pretty much any metric or stretch of the imagination... You could probably qualify to the Olympics by performing the mental gymnastics required to find a genuinely good thing to say about it.

I think they just didn't wanna make it, but the paychecks kept coming and they didn't wanna get sued for breach of contract. It's remarkably barebones and soulless in a way that can't be accidental.

at least as far as ps1 goes, its the worst. those copy pasted games for babies that barely can be considered games? yes, I'd still choose to play then over the first level of bubsy. the awful controls and physics that make even the simplest things an annoyance. the ugly colors that seem to be chosen purposely to hurt your eyes. the camera movement that seems to be carefully designed to make ppl sick asap. and bubsys annoying voice repeating over and over, echoing on our minds even after its all over... truly the stuff of nightmares...
