Things in video games that made you unreasonably scared

This happened to me since i was a kid
For some reason i had a irrational fear with the intro of Metal Slug 4
It's not actually creepy unsettling or anything else is just a normal intro
I got scared REALLY scared not screaming or anything i was paralyzed sweating cold and shaking a lot
My stupid 6yo ass got traumatized because Saddam Hussein was staring at me or something that was a long time ago

Jumping off an even 2 meter high ledge in shadow of colossus, actually going in the water with that electrified colossus scared me too, but I think that made more sense than a fear of falling for 0.5 seconds to the ground

Playing system shock 2, clear an area and start looting. mid looting i hear "I'm sorry." before being hit. First and only time a game has caused me to jump.

Oh yeah! The T-rex. I remember how I went all "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" when I first met it.

But the Atlantis suckers still scare me

When I was a kid I thought the first level of Halo 3 ODST was scary just because it was lit so dark lol

hhm.
i know Pineview Drive and Scratches are horrors, but the most scary part of them is sound design for me. all these small sounds that you need to listen to to progress in the story.
that mission from Mass Effect when you return to the crash site of your previous ship. you can't run there. it's gloomy and quiet. i think it supposed to be sad, but for me it was very chilly.
Subnautica, because ocean is terrifying. leviathan is terrifying too.
