The logo for the cover uses the same font as the Kiss×sis manga (Mystic Extended).
I just thought that was interesting.

One of my absolute favourite games and I've beaten it a million times, just because. ^^
I recommend playing the japanese version, simply cause it comes with an extra level.

EDIT: Maybe after beating the english version, cause you don't know what to do at the end otherwise.... if you find all green scrolls without a guide, that it.
Otherwise, have fun playing an endless loop with the most unfair last stages, especially without the blue scroll.

Yes, it was originally called "Ninja Princess" and you played as a girl—which was revolutionary for its time as it was one of the first adventure games to feature a female protagonist.

It was also ported to the SG-1000 & MSX.
