Baffling. Not many cares about this game, but I've had this game on my wishlist for several months, and the original release date was sometime on last December, then it was postponed to 10th of April (today). The European eShop says it will be released on 31/12/2025 (fishy date) and some other release dates are out there. Will this game actually ever will be released on console, I think there must be some kind of block from Nintendo or other publisher? Have this game on Steam luckily, but I would have loved to have a portable version because this has a LOT of text (no voices). This is supposedly also one of the greatest and most complex visual novels ever and been waiting for Switch version with bated breath but looks like I just have tro bite the bullet and play the Steam edition instead..

Interesting I've never heard of it but it gives me some vibes similar to the zero escape games from a cursory look at the steam page

It's out! Just bought it from US eShop. :) Not out in Europe yet though.

BUT! The mystery deepens further! So, I tried to download this game for my Switch 2 (yes yes, I got one) and it said game's not available. Also, the official Nintendo page for this game is also not available anymore - just try clicking the link on OP. Then I tried to search this on eShop and my Switch 2 literally froze!! (I had to hard-reset it). I must say, never had I seen a more mysterious game... at the moment I am not able to play it even though I paid for it.. it sucks because this is good stuff. I have a feeling this still has something to do with the rating, the EUR version is still upcoming in 31/12/25, but I strongly doubt it.

Alright, this game is seriously mysterious. I have had the European version on my wishlist for a long time (even though I have the US one - that is not available anymore) and the release date was 31/12/2025 all the time.. just yesterday I checked it last time, but today, 10th of December it was gone from my wishlist - the eShop page for EUR version is still up, but I have a feeling not for long..

I think the whole console version is canceled silently. The eShop page says it's compatible with Switch 2, so I guess I just have to play the US version finally. The US version was on sale like.. a few days before it was taken down and I managed to nab it.

So it has been ported to consoles in the US store?I'm in the uk and I'm in yhe same boat iv got ps5 and switch 2 and have wanted it for ages. This is the first thread iv seen which made me see others are having the same problem. 31 dec is usually a placeholder.

Yes for a while, and more interesting facts keep emerging: the version of the game has changed. The game version that was released on eShop (US) was "2021", and now I re-downloaded the game today and it is "2024" now. So they released the 2021 ver in eShop for a couple of days, then it was taken off, BUT they still uploaded the more recent version even though the game isn't even available anymore... go figure. I'm a few hours into the game and it works OK on Switch 2. I am seriously baffled, was there a kickstarter code or something for supporters and Nintendo US accidentally released the game for everyone for a moment...? Then they realised their blunder and took the game off?
