I've been playing this for a while and I found a very annoying glitch!

It involves the Dark Maze mini game. In this video, someone is playing the translated ROM and at 24: 24...

Everything is completely dark. For a mini game, it made no sense to me until I found this video from an untranslated ROM...

So there's a small field of vision in the original that makes the mini game workable. Apparently, there's either an error in the original ROM used or the patch itself messed the mini game so it becomes like the first video.

I've been playing the translated one from the former Repo... I don't know if all the patched ROMS are like this or maybe just that particular one in the Repo?

Just thought people would like to know. Maybe someone can inform the translators about it...

In 2000 a complete remake of Yosaku was included on The King of Fighters: Battle de Paradise for Neo Geo Pocket Color as a secret mini-game. The game is only accessible by inserting the cartridge into a monochrome Neo Geo Pocket.

Wow, even as a huge NGPC fan this is a translation I never expected to see.

Now just need to see a complete translation of Ogre Battle and Biomotor Button 2...someday..

I've been eyeing the Neo Geo Pocket Collection Vol. 2 in Steam for a while since this game was part of it. However, it was available only in Japanese there and some notable others so I kept hesitating. If SNK had a lick of sense, they'd ask the fan translators for this game if they could use their translation and update the collection.

And they fixed it so you can't use outside ROMS on their house emulator or at least Code Mystics did.

Oh well, their loss.
