Correct me if I am wrong anyone (only skimmed page 1-5 of the complaint) but looks like IA should be ok here, hopefully. Of course, donate if you can! That is what they need because a legal defense is never cheap in US: there is no mechanism to recoup attorney costs

Looks like IA has good procedural motives for dismissal. If I understand, UMG is dog piling on the previous RIAA litigation at the "last minute" and UMG and their entities have been not compliant with discovery and deadlines. That is a big no-no, and I can't see a judge disagree with that and so they should rule in IA's favor. But in the meantime, IA is out that amount of money for the legal defense

What they need is money, I'm not sure what a petition would do here, but they probably love the support so anyone should do that ^_^ I think they can win against this new complaint: UMG is just smelling "blood in the water" and thinks they can break IA's bank with enough pressure. That said, IA needs the money/resources to win
