But Chunsoft was much more than that. They made Dragon Quest I-V and Shiren series. But regarding novels, my favourite is 428: Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de.
After they were acquired by Spike, their quality didn't drop, because Spike was also a good developer. They made things together worth mentioning like Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls, Exist Archive or Etrian Mystery Dungeon.
I bet they have more great games but those are the ones I've played.
