The health everyone in this world knows this word and everyone knows how important it is to do everything possible to stay healthy.

Of course, that is not easy It is a fight just like David against Goliath only more difficult but it's worth it.

Well this thread is like a therapist where you can all talk about your health problems or if something is bothering you, sometimes it just feels good to talk about it.

Just let it out that frees one of thoughts and worries !

I'm trying something different here I'm not just concerned with mental health problems but about everything there is more besides this and maybe we can make sure that this thread is not closed again immediately.
