Let's talk about it. I'll start off with a few that quickly come to mind but I know I'll think of more in subsequent posts (unless you guys mention them first)

Let's just forget about that last season for my first pick

Reboot is better, but the original is a classic

If you only watch season 1 this one's a masterpiece (Primal Theory is an awesome season 2 episode though)

The foundation for pretty much everything in the franchise

My top 3 DC shows, but there are other great ones too:

I could probably mention The Bad Batch too, but I haven't finished watching it

I know it's a pretty basic answer but I have a fondness for "Adventure Time". I like the way they were able to handle some pretty complex themes in a way that was still marketed towards younger audiences.

"Over the Garden Wall" is also good. Its super Fall coded so its become an annual watch and the song "Over the Garden Wall" from the steamboat episode is still one of my favorites.

"Ed Edd n' Eddy" will always be one of my favorite shows. I think it was one of the first cable shows I ever watched and its humor was so far removed from anything I'd ever seen before that I still even remember the first episode of it I'd ever seen (the one where they trick the other neighborhood kids into thinking they're in a super fast rocket car travelling around the world)

Here's a list I made a while ago now that just so happens to fit such a topic!

Edit: I made this list before I'd seen Amphibia, so add Amphibia to the list

One of the most amazing things ever put to animation was the intro for the movie

Not to get off topic though, since we're focusing on shows rather than movies
This brings-up a curiosity of mine. Do other nations have animated series full of patriotic, flag-bearing national pride as G.I. Joe has for the USA? I wonder, as I often hear from non-Americans about how baffled they are that the USA/Americans loves their national flag as much as they do.
