You know why they aren't making microswitched pads: it's hard, expensive and few people care; SNK managed to pull it off once because they were once a company with an extremely high standard of quality; they were fighting game devs and most of AES library was fighters, they understood well how important it was to have good, precise controllers for their exclusive home releases. Too bad that 8bitdo is a far cry from 90s SNK and released a pale, barely functional imitation of the Neo Geo CD pad while claiming it was 100% accurate.
