The Daggerfall Thread

I have played the dos version, back in the days of the "Home of the underdogs" popularity rise.
One thing I remember, is that you could loiter inside shops until after they close and then you could steal anything with no repercussions(besides encumbrance).
People have already mentioned, but the original can be quite buggy, something as simple as examining loots piles can randomly end in some fatal error, or save corruption.

There is seemingly a Bug that makes your Armor weaker the more you level up, this was one of the main Reasons to get into the Unity Port.

I have a Gem that can open any Door, i just chill in the Tavern and go shopping after the Shop closed ;D

The Travelling Mods make this more immersive, during i Travel to my main Goal, i steal in every City i cross... at least if they have something of Value to me.

I still have not a full Daedra Armor

I was able to pick these up on clearance at Best Buy back in the late 90s.
I loved Daggerfall and need to go back and play it again.
