I played the SM3/SMS port of Shinobi, the Shadow Dancer SMS port (although it wasn't the best way to play it), Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (which was one of the many spin-offs of Alex Kidd's saga), but this game (The Cyber Shinobi) although I haven't played it I would overlook it.

If both versions are the same, why taiwanese version is a bootleg? x'd? Isn't there something like iQue but for Sega consoles? :v??

If this is the sequel to the Master System Shinobi I guess that means there were 3 Shinobi games on it (Alex Kidd in Shinobi World?)

I wouldn't say it was a direct sequel just an exclusive Shinobi game. I think the sequel to Shinobi is Shadow Dancer. Every Sega system had two exclusive Shinobi games, even the GG. This one is mediocre, but it's still worth playing.
