Tea or Coffee

I prefer tea for several reasons. Tea actually has more caffeine than coffee. Plus, I find that there isn't the sort of snobbery to tea like I find some people have for coffee. You'll never find someone who likes tea the same way as one of those guys who buys a $500 espresso machine and pays $200 for a bag of coffee grounds. Tea is Tea. Simple as is. If I need some energy in the morning, I'll just buy a can of AriZona and drink that. It doesn't matter what the flavor is as I love most teas.

I used to drink coffee but unfortunately I can't deal with diuretics as I get dehydrated very easily (no matter how much water I drink). I drank raw cacao for a while but that stuff is weirdly addictive too, I'd be in a bad mood if I skipped it so I quit it too. Some herbal teas are fine, lately I've been drinking peppermint tea occasionally. There's just something satisfying and relaxing about the routine of drinking a hot beverage every day.

Coffee for me, taken black. I enjoy the eye-opening taste and caffeine first thing in the morning. I do enjoy tea at other times of day, however.

I don't drink them! I drink tea 4 times in my life and 2 or 3 times coffe.
But i think tea is better, because it isn't addictive as coffee.

Bean-flavoured water all the way! None of that leaf-flavoured stuff for me.

I'm absolutely certain that's the addiction speaking, given that I've been drinking like 5 cups a day for over a decade now, but I genuinely do find most tea I've tried really bland tasting.

If it’s any consolation, my tea drinking habits aren’t much better either xd.

You should try Arabic tea or Karak if you ever find the chance or learn how to make it, I got a great Shai Haleeb recipe too 😃

I like the smell of coffee in the morning, so coffee. I typically prefer tea's caffeine, however. It feels much cleaner than a coffee caffeine high.

I exclusively drink tea in Iraq, in the morning, the afternoon, and even at night.
Never drank coffee in my life.

When I was younger I always followed what we'd describe in French as the "3C" morning routine. Café, Cigarette, Caca.

Now that I'm old I mostly micro-dose on tea.

Coffe. Black and without sugar.

It keeps me awake not because of caffeine, but the sheer concentrated hatred in a cup of bitter, hot liquid.

I'm not one for dissing other people's taste but I always thought tea tasted like a wet sock. Maybe becouse I never had "proper" tea, only infusion. Already had some macha-flavored treats tho, I quite liked them

I drink both equally, I grind my beans daily and make it in your common moka pot.
Tea I use and iron teapot Mostly black Assam and green Sencha.
The thing is , I normally don't drink caffeine in the morning, i Tend to prefer my coffee after lunch and tea around five o'clock.
