Why do all the fantasy themed beat-em-ups stay in Japan?!

Interesting, but i don't think portable version of the first game is the series is any better than NES one. Actual resolution is much higher on NES and i'm not Sega boy after all.

Yokai Buster: Ruka no Daibouken was localized to the west with many changes becoming The Jetsons: Invasion of the Planet Pirates- It's a quirky platform game. Edo no Kiba premise is similar to Chelnov (Atomic Runner) with slashing instead of shooting & with an emphasis on navigating 3-fields instead of a linear path. Poko Nyan! Henpokorin Adventure Uchuu Race: Astro Go! Go! plays more like a tech demo since it's so short, but for it's presentation alone it's worth a playthrough. Coron Land plays similar to Bomberman. Super Gussun Oyoyo and its sequel are fun puzzle games that require prompt actions /decisions. Makeruna! Makendo 2: Kimero Yokai Souri and Batle Tycoon: Flash Hiders SFX are two fighters that go under the radar. Poko Nyan! Henpokorin Adventure and Miracle Girls are based upon Japanese manga series.
