i remember really getting into synthwave pre covid. Turboknight was one of my favorite artists. Used to listen to Far Cry Blood Dragon a lot too.

Endless Summer was my summer album for like five straight years lol. I used to listen to these guys religiously. I've fallen off in recent years, but still some high quality synth and Tyler Lyle is a great lyricist.

I was with it from the very begining. Followed New Retro Wave and Luigi Donnatello like crazy. It's a shame that they've both kind of stagnated and that I've mostly moved onto Darkwave stuff like TR/ST, Rein, Ghost Cop, and Ultra Sunn

If you want to really push your setup, get power amp equalizer, they have a 15 day trial I think. Choose the second bass and treble preset, also make sure enable audio processing and global equalization sliders are on in the settings. You will know it is working if you see the power amp equalizer icon in your notifications. This only works for Android. Now replay your YouTube videos. This helps some poorly produced EDM tracks, however if the producer used a similar method on the EQ you will notice odd inconsistencies in the bass and treble.
