Better not ask
Since everytime I start a new game on duckstation, pcsx2 or some nintendo emulators. I end up playing them on multiple devices and not having the same save files on those devices. I know about syncing folders with cloud drives like google drive but is there any other way?

Such stuff as file upload services have satisfactory enough file sync features but if you have a problem with "but they are not secure, they sell my info" and shit I heard people use Syncthing and Resilio Sync instead. Never used them but heard them a lot around when people talked about "safe file sync" and stuff. They work via "real-time, peer-to-peer (P2P)" method so between your devices there is nothing gets and sends your file, your files goes in and out directly between your devices. Or you can always USB stick or something lol.

For example within my home I use Windows 10's SMB feature to share files between my PCs and PS2. This is "good old classic" local file sharing method if you would care to build an intranet network but you need to manually copy paste files around if they should be outside of shared folder, or write a script/program for them or something.

Sometimes I use Teamviewer to work on my multiple PCs via a PC. It's basically a "PC controlling program" that has file transfer feature. You can even play emulator games on X PC on Y PC as a "stream gaming" way instead of playing them on Y PC and bother carrying out save files between PCs. You can also use Teamviewer to contol your main hacking PC via your smartphone to hack the city when you are on the streets and call yourself "Watch Dog"!!! You have many options to choose from but what matters is which way you would bother with.

What you are looking for is Syncthing. It can take a while to set up but there are plenty of tutorials. Once you've set it up you can forget about it and have all your saves shared across devices.

Self host a server and use syncthing.
