I'm more curious about what third party games (multiplat and exclusive) will be there. But mainly because Nintendo have been really slow in getting devkits out to them, apparently.

Which was surprising to me when I heard about it. But I'm also hoping maybe they show off a new Fire Emblem and Kid Icarus game, and maybe a new Mario Golf and/or Tennis. And maybe a very slight tease for the next 3D Mario and Smash Bros.

It's probably too soon to actually reveal the next 3D Mario & Smash game, those full reveals could come next year.

I think the direct was ok, I thought it was pretty bad at the beginning. Rerelease of a limited port from 5 years ago, Mario Movie, the flower statue thing kinda pissed me off. Laziest shit for the 40 anniversary of fucking Mario.

I think most of the stuff I was interested in was in the latter half. The gameplay of tomodachi life seems like they've added A LOT of content to do. The Pokemon farm thing might be somewhat of a successor to mystery dungeon. I think it's bullshit of them to announce dlc for a unreleased game, absolute greedy fuckers. New fire emblem looks cool, a way more different setting than usual games.

jp direct was more interesting since it had more 3rd party stuff that wasn't announced in the english direct like megaman starforce collection.

also always interesting to have the Jp direct and en direct side by side to see what announced in what order to see how they are marketing towards jp and outside of it.
