It's actually surprisingly easy (and cheap) to get a slim with matching digits and apply the patched firmware. The process does not require a working blueray drive. The slim has the best lifespan over the fat and super slim models. Also, I am a very big fan of Dynasty Warriors Gundam. I can confirm that you do not have to have a powerful PC to emulate Dynasty Warriors Gundam. It is on par with Demon's Souls and runs smoothly on very low-end computers.

Well... You only need a quad-core system (at the least 2007, preferably as new as 2010) to emulate the game at full speed. You are the one arguing the financial impossibilities of buying a computer that is 19 years old versus 15 years old. In the year 2000, your argument, would be putting the Atari 2600 and Commodore PET on a pedestal.
