Supposed Shenmue IV Reveal Trailer leak, Real or Fake?

Seen people debating whether this is legit or AI made. The low quality makes it hard to tell but certain things do look a little off. Not sure if the flaws are the result of an early development build or AI inconsistencies. Anyway what are your thoughts? I want to believe it's real but I have my doubts.

I'm no Shenmueologist but I really hope that is fake. Also a 4-minute trailer for something that early (hopefully really early given how it looks) doesn't seem likely? Just a guess.

My gut is telling me that shit is fake. Don't know if I'd say it's AI, looks more like an amateurish fan project to me (Maybe a combo of both), but the janky animations, weird model quality dips and just the genuinely awful editing and pacing of the trailer, I'd find it very difficult to believe this is official. Tbh after the shit show and fallout of Shenmue 3, I'm surprised they're still even considering continuing the series.

Has anyone watched the Shenmue anime? I want more! And tbh, this looks good to me idc. If this is real, it's rough, but after some touch-ups I can see it turning into something awesome.

Shenmue 3 is getting a remaster, hoping it sells.

yeah if it's fake I don't really think it's AI, at least not fully. Just though I'd mention it since I've seen so many bring it up. It kind of looks like it's reusing a lot of assets from Shenmue 3 so a fan mock-up isn't that much of a stretch. Also the fight animations are truly awful lol.
