It wasn't cancelled it released in Japan but for a while was lost media, Japan don't care much for game preservation in general.

Agreed, I would add it myself but I have limited access to the DLC section but I brought it to the admins and hopefully one of them will pick it up.

I am, in many ways, not shocked that this exists/existed.

Japan-exclusive also makes a lot of sense. I can't imagine this DLC going down in the west, frankly.

While I think moral outrage is overdone for games I think it's a bit weird to see photos of women model for an arcade game lol. I expect to see that in Yakuza instead. If it was a female-shaped level for fun I could've understood it.

At least MGS is meant for a more mature audience so model posters in them is less surprising (although Kojima has some weird stuff going on lol).

yeah I do have to admit that I'd mostly just find it a bit incongruous if I were playing Super Monkey Ball and a bunch of softcore porn was posting all over the background.

At least in MGS, those posters made sense in-context lmao. Soldiers on deployment are gonna have nudie posters on their lockers.

But yh, Kojima has an... interesting relationship with Women, to put it mildly, and it got worse over time.

It's one thing to have Meryl walk with a butt-wiggle, but that scene with Quiet in the rain is fuckin hilarious.

Amazing DLC and amazing background images for the stages. Idols for that time hits different because they're all models from when I was a teenager.

Also, didn't know GVG was this based. I thought they were just like every other Nintendo youtuber who are afraid of anything that remotely ressembles male gazing.

Teone left a while ago, he no longer is part of the team, I might add it but I am waiting for response from the higher ups, it just came to my attention this dlc might affect the game's rating here, lol.

Wow I didn't know Teone had left.
About the rating, I think people here are open-minded about everything. At least I hope so. There are plenty of subreddits to people be prude about videogame contents out there.
