what the heck, i legit remember playing world 1-1 on my chinese bootleg sega genesis. It was a gift from my dad iirc i was like 6 and had no idea what a mario or a sonic was. Also, i could only play 1-1 because that was the only level in the game.
sadly i don't remember what happened to that console, neither does anyone in my family. Wild Seeing this pop up

It is an almost exact port of the FC/NES version, although the music is recomposed on the Yamaha YM2612 and sounds different, with a pitch of -1 instead of 0 like the original.
