No slash marks with slashing though. But gushes of blood coming from nowhere.

Jean Grey and Logan seem changed? Beautified?!

Overall, it's a much better trailer than the last dud.

But still kind of underwhelming, given the tech and Wolverine. Looks kinda tame. Long gone are the days of Wolverine ripping guys apart on the X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

My guess is it's going to be like Star Wars: Force Unleashed II where you get some dismemberment once in a while in combat.

Yeah, maybe. If any game was going to feature a rich dismemberment system (including props) though, Wolverine would've probably been a damn good candidate with the claws. Hell, it might've even been a good one to showcase the "power of the PS5" or eventual PS6 whenever it comes out.

Yeah. That's why it looks kinda underwhelming for a AAA Wolverine game on PS5. They could make such an hardcore game... But in all likelihood it will be pretty tame.

In every respect I'd imagine they'll be playing it safe, designing by committee, and doing absolutely everything they can to avoid spooking the shareholders and license holders. They've had disaster after disaster lately over at Sony and they've got fairly few of these big singleplayer games coming out now, so it probably needs to be as normiesludge as possible compared to what would've come out fifteen years ago.

Nothing about this game has really done it for me. This trailer has another motorcycle section, too. This is a wait and see. $70 is a tough ask for a linear licensed game that'll probably be repetitive and beatable in 8 hours or so.

Yeah, still feeling the same. This sadboy Wolverine isn't doing it for me. Looks like a fart in the wind. Sony's lost the plot.
