Stop Killing Games is successfully reach competition

On the other hand, this topic is kind of "niche" for politics. Most of them have the age of saying "videogames are for kids, what the heck is this?", regardless of the number of votes it reached.
Well governments can be persuaded by this:

Making companies forced to pay fines with additional punishments and making them pay taxes for the nature of the game and service they provide is a great way of how governments would make more money, so it will be good for governments to find any reason to make video game companies fined.

Due to the nature of video games are a digital item and digital existence requires new laws, it gives more oppurtinity for governments to fine companies by limiting what they can do with their video games and video game consoles.

For example, release a buggy mess game some people cannot progress the game -> $500K fine. If you don't pay you gotta pay more fine. Whoever person prevent the company from paying the fine -> 20 years jail. That's it, baby. No more greed, scam and brainwashes allowed!!!!! lol

If you wanna sell something and provide a service then for each product and service you are forced to pay tax. No more selling game updates as a DLC. The expension should add significant work done to improve the game beyond "just 1 side quest", only then it can be sold. If clearly DLC was actually part of the base game but removed, or in the current base game the game says "buy DLC to get item or progress this side story" then this shall be fined with $250k fine. Repeated offense is punishable by 10 years jail of whoever is directly responsible for this BS. For every DLC that can be legally sold, they gotta pay $100k tax.

Good job Microsoft for providing Game Pass service. For every day you will pay $10K or else shut down your BS service.

If a video game using unnecessary online requirement, for every day pay $50k in taxes.

Hard limit for how much a video game can cost in total. Including base game and all DLCs' cost price of the whole game and its additional content cannot be more than $60. For example, base game $20, rest of the DLCs then in total will cost $40. The games are not physical and forced upon digital BS so it doesn't make sense to pay more than $20 to a video game just to play it anymore because they delete the game from your library.

This is actually a good idea!!! I'mma call Trump. lolol

Seems like some "Good Samaritan" has reported Ross for wrong doings and "illegally" accepting money for the SKG EU initiative. What a load of horse shit.

We all know it was some big game company's, low-paid and overworked intern, who was told to make this bullshit up. But have a look for yourself ::cirnoshrug

Ross is if nothing else open, transparent, and upfront, which can't be said for a lot of YouTube content creators.

10K? that can be paid by uncle Bill himself. Did you know the time it takes to crouch and grab a 5€ note is less money that what he can earn in that amount of time? he will pay gladly :D

Ok then let's make it "10 KG gold" instead lolol.

New Ubishit announcement dropped regarding this topic:

And now Ubishit BS saying "games not meant forever" but The Crew 1 could if the singleplayer game was not forced unnecessary online requirement. It's no rocket science. The guy doesn't seem to be aware of how video games were before games were completely depended on internet. For example for decades my Sega Genesis run the games just fine because it doesn't depend on anything other than the game and console -- that's how video games should be. From the start games being tied to a BS service model no one asked is the issue, then the sense of "service" should be removed. It's that simple. No one asked The Crew 1 that's basically a singleplayer game should not necessarily be tied to a server. It didn't have to be a "service". My guy talks like it was World of Warcraft or something. If it was a MMO game sure man of course but from the start it was a game that people barely remember it was an online game. The game already have necessary codes clearly developed to make the game work "offline" so I heard but I guess it need to be further developed. So the issue here is they could make the game work offline with an update but instead they just removed the game. Ubisoft should suck it up and accept the BS they did, otherwise they acting like a kid burned down the whole school and their justification is "schools never meant to be forever!!!" ayy lmao. What's never meant to be forever is Ubisoft. Ubishit just GTFO SMH lol.

Well, for once people's voice are being listened, it's still too soon to celebrate, but let's cheer for this battle's victory (Spanws of his cloud a buffet desk full of snacks and non-alcoholic booze)

Im just curious how this ends up being .
I hope its going to be positive . But because its the european goverments that are pushed to act im very sceptical about this having any effects .

But still , i hope for positive changes with it .

Time to let dice roll and see what the results look like .

It's unlikely to be negative, the worst i see them doing is requiring games like this and possibly all games being made clear to be licenses, which would have knock on effects that could hurt the gamng big wigs FAR more than just making these games work after they disconnect service.

But " Unlikely " aint guarenteed . And what kind of spins and how many times those can happen even if it is unlikely , i can only believe the positives if those actually happen .

Its believed to be a perfect solution without asking how it can be changed and perverted into the gains not only for the goverment but by the gaming lobbyists and companies too .

Im just waiting for the results . Thats all .
I hope this helps gaming overall but i wouldnt be suprised if that would somehow bite us in the butt .

The scummiest industry on entertainment is playing scummy tricks! Who would have thought?!

Stop copying me Waffles!
