Start a board for millennials to talk to each other?

Basically a board for 30+ people who grew up with most of the games hosted on CD Romance. Not saying people should have to be age checked or whatever. Just a board nominally for the older posters to congregate on and discuss games if they choose.

I pretty much agree with you on this in general. It's a slippery slope sometimes. Keeping this purely gaming is good too, probably what would be best for the long haul. I'm kind of on both sides of the fence here depending on what the exact plan is.

I think everyone's been dancing around that point for awhile now, with the same idea in mind; no straight-up porno or nude/lewd 'art' is even part of the topic of conversation for some of us here that just want to be able to open up more discussions that are adult in nature.

As long as the discussion is two way, but that's the thing. "Adult" discussion can tend to get heated pretty quickly. It's alot easier to stay neutral when we're all just gushing about our hobby

Because no one is forcing anyone to talk about it; but I feel it should be the decision of the individual whether they want to talk about their personal life or adult situations that happen to people in real life.

We already have sections for general discussion, movies, anime, food, etc. What's the harm in one little extra section for some of us more mature folks to disclose ideas and information away from the prying eyes of children?

I wasn't suggesting anything, I was the one who questioned the original suggestion made by the OP and still never got a concrete answer. A simple "I want to talk about creampies" or "I want an echo chamber to talk about Donkey Kong Country" would've shut me up a long time ago.

That sounds pretty good to me, what did you have in mind? Divisive shit like politics or gender is only going to cause drama, anything beyond that sounds good to me
