According the developer this is intended for real hardware, since there is no point on emulating this version over the N64 one.

I tried all three versions in the google drive link you shared earlier as well as the version in the repo, for me they all crash on startup.

Are you running it from ODE? or burning it into a CD?

it does not only power starship but also the static recomp they made Duke Nukem Zero Hour static recomp

Directly from Jnmartin repo clearly said that:
"Running Star Fox 64 for Dreamcast on a Dreamcast emulator is not supported. It may or may not work correctly. This port is intended to be used only on real hardware. Just emulate an N64 and move on if that's your plan."

Too bad N64 emulation sucks, RetroArch for Android has a major issue with N64 games (controllers do not work with N64 cores) and google update broke several emulators including M64Plus, honestly this is the main reason why I love unofficial ports, they give you options and is a great way to preserve games, but it's alright I still have the Wii VC version, honestly I'm not even that big of a fan of Star Fox 64
