If you want how feel about the movie them this image will give you that

Moving on now, I quite liked the first half of it with the set up being Rosalina fight off a mechanical robot built by Bowser Jr and such although the first I noticed that Peach and Toad kinda just head off on their own leaving the Mario Bros and Yoshi behind which I get Peach wanting to help and all but I feel like she just left to suddenly there in the beginning but I Thought the first half worked fine for me. The second half have some problems with some Jokes overstaying it's welcome mainly the Rob scene where it's gets repeated twice. That isn't the only problem I have with the film another major problem I have with the film is how often starts a plot point then it gets dropped, with the prime example of this being Bowser and his whole redemption arc with that being dropped halfway through. Although the film has a problem with Rosalina not being in most of the film I didn't care about that much since that feels like an overall issue with how Nintendo has been handling her considering that She didn’t do much in the first mario galaxy game and was rarely in the second mario galaxy game and mostly has been to relegated to Mario spin-offs and such. Even Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope She wasn't playable there, only Rabbit Rosalina was play. It speaks volumes when I cared more for Fox in the film more than Rosalina. Now As for what I liked about the film, I liked Fox Mccloud in the film specifically the his introduction where it had different animation for it. Speaking of animation, I liked the 2D Mario sprites in the film that was mixed in with the film. That's about what I said to say about the film I just thought it was ok, it has problem with rushing through plot speeds and treating it like it's a speedrun but the animation is fantastic and all, that's about it see ya.

Side Note Edit: I forgot to mention this but Daisy has a post credits scene so there's probably going to be another one sometime in 2028 or later.

That all sounds very promising. I think it was a good idea to have Fox involved. He makes the film even more interesting.

It was fine. I didn't really want Bowser to be good. Yeah its got its novelty and he teams up with Mario here and there but its usually in spinoffs. He's a villain in the mainline games and I was glad they kept it that way. Star Fox was such a delight to watch. Never thought I'd get to see that as a big fan of the series. Maybe they'll do an SF movie and throw in a Samus or Captain Falcon cameo in turn.

Yeah this film isn’t the best but it is definitely not the worst. It is an ok film. around 7/10ish for me. I laughed at Luigi’s joke about how the castle “died”.

The film is a 9 for me, but I love both movies about the same. I really appreciate the action and animation too. The people who dislike the film, or are more vocal about the negatives have some points, but the rest are either exaggerating or outright lying in some instances. Though I do appreciate honest and reasonable feedback more than click bait bullshit. Thank you @AnomalyHailstorm for your input.

I'll watch it tomorrow with my bestie. Honestly we don't know anything about Mario, so we only expecting to have a good time. We watched the first movie on theaters, and it was entertained.

Saw it too, it did live up the hype, but not exactly a masterpiece, Rosalina aside, Yoshi and Toad are underused, but i honestly like Luigi being part of the plot alongside Mario, some plot beat could be polished including Rosalina's past without having to copypaste Mario Galaxy's lore, but despite that the movie had some good plot beats

Overall? agree, it's still no Sonic movie, but if you simply want a movie night star, this is for you

I haven't watched the other one and probably won't watch this one, either (still traumatized by whatever the hell that first one was), but I'm glad to hear it's good.

I liked the first one but this one….i just watched it on Saturday and I was bored out of my mind. I just didn’t dig the story much so I couldn’t get in to it.

Hopefully they put Wario in the next one, he’s my favorite and if the movie ends up sucking, at least he will save it for me.
