Either as the regular last boss, the true last boss or even an optional (often post-game) boss, which one do you like and why are they often strange yet interesting to see?

I am genuinely interested in them like that one from FFIX, the Kirby ones being often like that or even the final boss of Shikigami no Shiro 2 being one.

Or basically any form of YHVH really, because they're Spherical (because it just heads usually) unless we're talking about Apocalypse.
