I like both but pizza is always my go-to, you really can't go wrong with pizza. Even if it has broccoli or chicken ; ).

Spaghetti bolognese for sure. I don't mind pizza, but I prefer the cheap garbage supermarket types rather than restaurant or takeout, where I could have more varieties of spaghetti bolognese and be pretty happy.

I get that, nowadays when I eat spicy food I get acid reflux pretty easily.
