But what makes a console to be undead? zero releases at all? As far as I know, the lastest PS3 firmwares didn't fuck too much with scene because PS3 was already super-duper jailbroken, and it can potentially happen with PS4, even if we don't see light at the end of the tunner now.

Anyways, why to care about the status of a console if you're free to play with it as long as you want? besides the clickbait, I always think for me PS1 is alive because I have so much to play, for instance :)

I don't like when people think that once a new console is released, we should forget about the old one because "evolution". We have so many games to play that I sometimes feel overwhelmed in joy thinking about it, regardless of the generation.

Nowadays, it's sweet that even consoles that were released decades ago are getting from time to time an indie release, but I am kind of sad that nobody is doing any new indie game for PS2 :(.

Yeah I wish the Ps2 would still get Games i have to many precious memories with that Console and it would be nice seeing some new games on it as the Ps2 is still a very capable Console.

Well I for once doubt that the Ps4 is going to die anytime soon.I never thought of seeing a console that even outlives the Ps2 but here we are.

i updated to a PS5 so i can play some newer games i think i rushed too soon. i just wish the PS4 had more USB slots for an HDD.... and some in the back.

Hi there, seems like you created at least 12 duplicates. We don’t allow duplicate threads on this site. If you wanna discuss multiple topics, it’s advised you create one large encompassing thread or try to engage in other threads if possible. Constantly creating vaguely similar threads is discouraged. I’ve been loving my PS5 too much recently.
Been enjoying too many games. I can’t wait to find out why I should hate it.

Sony corporate never lets me down on that front!

Actually, not too bad! Ninja Gaiden sticks out for me, but I’m waiting for Doom: The Dark Ages and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 (I’ll get that on Switch :P) next month.

In my own personal PS news, I’m continuing to play Gori: Cuddly Carnage. Very intermittently. I had about a 20 minute session to get a better score on a section of the game.

Love that game. One of the most underappreciated titles we got last year.

They've been doing this since the PS3/PSP haven't they? This is just the bare minimum of what a console should do, this shouldn't even be advertised. Hell, the GBA had movies on it too.
