The mood here isn't more or less tense than most of other gaming forums all over internet. We have people from all ages, and forums were created for that, share information, discuss things and try to point when something is wrong.
The user just pointed out that the information or the way you redacted the "article" is confusing, as you mention Playstation versions up and down. If he didn't say, another person would, that's how internet works. We can say you have been kindly pointed out that you can't say "Playstation 6 portable" in a thread that seems to be more like news than your opinion. Of course, we are free to say whatever we want, as long as we respect each other, but it would be nice if we try to adjust to reality, because otherwise forums would be full of crap that nobody ends believing lol.
I am the kind of person who does not feel aggression in every corner, because there are many different people in the world, and everyone says things in a different way, and sometimes we can feel good or bad, it's human condition and there is nothing we can do.
Just have fun and be weird like everyone else :)

And now to the point, a portable console that is less powerful than a PS5 isn't any mystery, why would it? and I can certainly assure the console won't be 15W TDP, not even 15W low power CPU's are 15W anymore, and Steam Deck isn't an exception. That's why those Ryzens can be set to 25W, because 15W is too low for CPU + GPU, unless you're playing only Minecraft.
The only iGPU that matches the PS5 right now is the 8060S, but it's packed with a CPU that costs more than a PS5 and has a TDP way higher than 15W.
If a new Playstation Portable is going to be launched in 2026, my bet is that it will be close to an 8040S, which is a little bit more than a Series S.
