Maybe a little different than what you are looking for, but this is the opening animation/song to an Anime called "Hi-Score Girl." It's a Romantic comedy anime set in 90s Japanese Arcades. It's one of my favorite anime. They pack a ton retro games in there.

I also recently discovered this song by a group called "Me and the Robots."
