It isn't a cover of anything (unlike it's popular contemporaries FOE or Bad Apple), doesn't come from a game, and it's about someone being terrible at Mega Man 2 (gaming culture)

Love it! I can't remember what made me not able to beat mega man, maybe it WAS airman. I'll try again but I'm really bad and it will probably end the same ;_;

The Protomen are a band with 2 full albums about Megaman, and they're insanely good. most music about video games really doesn't do it for me, but these two albums are honestly perfect.

I never played LoL (which I think this is about?) but it is still a fun song. I don't know what some of the lyrics mean like "lane" or "cs", and I guess lamp post is a meme or something in this context? I just like to learn the culture, even if I don't understand it :3 I remember I liked another LoL song and had to have my brother that actually played it explain some of the lyrics for me.
