I'm not used to this, but getting to the point. Falcom's Xanadu is a game I have a great interest in play through it, I know it's hard as hell but there isn't any english translation for this game. I found out there is a port for the Sega Saturn within the Falcom Classics II. That version looks great and playable enough for me, but the language barrier can't get me very far. Have anyone played this before, some tips or those "playthrough diaries" to share?

It is. Xanadu is an old Falcom series that dates back to the '80s, though most games aren't directly connected or have all that much in common besides being action RPGs. The better known ones in the West are Faxanadu on the NES (for Famicom Xanadu, though it was licensed to and made by Hudson Soft and not Falcom) and Xanadu Next for the PC which is a solid 3D ARPG from 2005. The two Legend of Xanadu games on the PC Engine CD look great but aren't translated yet. Tokyo Xanadu was Falcom doing a Persona-inspired action RPG.

I haven't played that port specifically, but if you want Xanadu in English you should either check out the original on PC88 (eggconsole release is on Switch and pretty cheap), the MSX1 version (which has an entirely different OST, full color graphics and different balancing) or my personal favorite, Revival Xanadu on PC98 (straight remake of the PC88 game with a slight expanded color palette, more detailed sprites, and an expanded OST that is fantastic). In fact with these versions the only thing not in English is the opening and ending text crawl.
The smoother scrolling on the Saturn port does look very nice I will say, so I can see why you'd be interested in playing that version.
