peering.

That Old Reliquary
to say i never left
i simply never saw

how The Moon is my hands.
how The Sun is my heart.
that juxtaposing mouth
crossroads. crosswise.

descending. descending. descending.
inviting. inviting. inviting.

You were never here.
I was the abandoner.
You were never paper.
Still to Fine.

I am this Judgement:
I am always been.
always moved.
always moving.
always back.

Another poem____________

I saw myself true
Alone i could not surmise
Alone in the mirror
Simply trapped.
Alone I was asleep
Alone I slept
Alone by myself
Alone never to awaken.

I am still
Eyes opening
I cannot remember
The reasons
I am small again
My hands hurt
I am muffled
I am a fawn
Learning to walk.
I know I need to stand
Only I may do so
I always knew where to go
It will be okay
I hear guidance.

I remember
Everything is out of sight
The important stays
Disregarded disregard
Only to keep me back

Maybe there was a time
Being something I loved
A desert sand
Singular rose bloom
Winded

The old trail exists
Footprints never leave
