Well, after my considerable inactivity, here I am, looking for advice. Could you help me? So far, I've been focusing a bit more on getting better at drawing a hand. I don't want it to be a pain later on (there's also a bit of RGT-tan in between)

That's some nice sketches! It's very good to always draw various poses.

If I can give any advice, I would say to get yourself an artistc anatomy reference book. It will help you to better grasp the interaction of body parts like muscles and bones and help you have a better understanding of proportions. I really felt a great improvement on my drawings after I got one

I love that RGT-Tan bit, especially the pout. Great job man

Your cubes at the beggining, you drew a square and then you pulled the "legs" of the cube right? Try to do some vanishing point drawings to better get a grasp of perspective for shapes. Something like this:

Hope it helps!

Amazing! keep practicing every day and you'll improve more!
Thank you, lord and master of the repo!
You got some skills bro!
Thank you! I vow to improve even more! I've given up enough in the past.

Understood. I already have one like that, although I haven't used it much. I guess I'll have to use it a lot more.

Once again you show me why you are a man of culture.

Honestly, I made the cubes a bit randomly, trying to practice some perspective, but now I'll put the vanishing point into practice (with this reference I now have a clearer idea of how to do it. Thanks)

Hello,

I recommend you not to only do boring studies, since this will burn you out really fast. But do larger more complete drawings as well where you apply what you've already learned.
This is what helped me a lot and forced me to combine previous studies.

Yo, welcome back man. How're you doing?

I love your art dude 😃

Just like me. I'm going to do some intensive practice right now, and once I'm done, I plan to play Pandora's Tower a lot. Maybe that way I can motivate myself more.
I think you’re doing wonderfully so far.

I'm looking forward to see it ::bigboss

I didn't expect to post those practice drawings, but now I guess I will, at some point in the future, but I will.

In the meantime, here is the video I used as a guide for the practice:
