Mabye it because this is my first tactis orge game and this may a normal thing in the series but holy shit I was completely blindside this choice.

To commit a flase flag Warcrime on the Walister civilians to unite them against their oppressor, basically being asked to "Just follow orders" is dark as SHIT man

Yeah, Tactics Ogre and its predecessors were like that (and that's not the end of it, Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together was warcrime galore)

It influenced its clone Final Fantasy Tactics (Basically TO was first on the SNES, then its dev went to Square and made FFT, then TO was ported to PSX), that's why its storyline is way darker than other Ivalice-set stories
