i've only heard of this peter guy twice; once for some cube character in a video game, and then again for snow white 2025. he does not seem like a friendly person.

no. i've heard of game of thrones, but other than the ending sucks, i don't know much about it. the show never interested me.
Not to make this about GoT, but those early seasons are pretty fantastic television. It was a real star turn for a lot of folks, and Charles Dance was amazing. (Pedro Pascal was too, but his exit from the show *really* caught me off guard and stuck in my head for a few days ohmygod)
i'll take your word for it. but i prefer the better version of game of thrones, final fantasy 12.
not really that much of a difference. 12 is a sequel to tactics.
It's just a style thing, FF16 isn't much darker than any given young adult fantasy. By comparison, Game of Thrones *starts* with the attempted murder of a child because he stumbled on an incestuous coupling.
that was something that i read on the internet, so i didn't give it much weight. it seemed like someone trying to hype up the game's story.
To be fair, people comparing any dark/grounded fantasy to Game of Thrones is pretty common.

This still look like silly crap. Even worse than Draugr in Skyrim. Snow White cant be worse than that, really? That's when they jumped the shark.
It had one interesting element or two, but if there's one thing that bothers me in fiction is the uncommitment to make the villain character a villain. Disney seems to be the master in this, first with Malevolent and now with Cruella
