Just checked my played time on PSN and Steam and Monster Hunter World was my most played game on both, with almost 1,5 thousand hours combined. lol

I have a couple of hundred hours on Dark Souls, Fallout: New Vegas and Castlevania - Symphony of the Night too.

What single player games do you spent more hours?

For me, that would technically be Smash Ultimate, the hours of any other game does not compare
There's also Earthbound because I've played it 5 times now each at different points of the game, furthest I got
was the part where Onett is invaded, but that run was before my computer was factory reset

Someone's next words will be "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33"
Joseph meets any character from another series, what would be the next sentence he would predict from that character? : r/StardustCrusaders

the most amount of hours i actually seriously spent on any single player game is probably disgaea 2
it's been a reeeeally long time so i don't remember the exact hours, but i was at least 300 hours in it
day in, day out, until 5am during summer vacations, i'd be grinding in the item world
by the time i saw the sky turn bright, that's when i knew, i've done a good job grinding, and it was time to rest for the next grind

this was also not counting the amount of failed runs where i had to reload every time i wanted to get a certain enemy or item to appear, or certain floor effect, or even geo effect so i can exploit stuff like invuln panels

sadly, that feel of just mindlessly grinding nonstop no longer exists in me anymore 😭
well it's good, cos now i understand the true priorities

single player games?
i have 100s of hours playing the playstation 3 release of demons souls and the original release of dark souls in their single player offline modes
the elder scrolls morrowind and oblivion for over 300 hours each
final fantasy vii, viii, and xiii for easily over 200 hours each
proving grounds of the mad overlord for at least a few hundred
i should be more productive in my free time

I don't currently have access to my Steam so I can't tell you what I spent the most time on there, but I can tell you I spent at least 100+ hours playing the PS2 port of Deus Ex when I was a teenager before I was able to buy the PC version years later and spend a good 20+ hours on that just to compare the two and see what I missed out on.

For me technically speaking.

It's the Sims 4.

Officially 592 Hours.
Unofficially add around 2-3 Years to that 592.

being a jrpg lover the list is highly influenced :)

randomly
Last Remnant - one year
FF7 - 6 months
FF13 - 6 months
Phantasy Star Online - 6 months (offline mode)
Grandia 2 - couple of months
Baten Kaitos - couple of months
Skies of Arcadia - couple of months
Enchanted Arms - 6 months (most in the amazing monsters tower, a non mandatory place but better part imo)

then Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim
GTA4, Legacy of Kain on PS1
surely much more

Fallout 4 588 hours
Skyrim SE 515 hours Old Rim 499 hours
Daggerfall 800 hours
Rimworld 200 hours
Stardew valley 800 hours
Terraria 600 hours
Conan Exiles "Solo play" 400 hours
Ark "Solo play" 500 hours
Pay day 2 310 hours
Dark souls 1-3 about 1000 hours each
Elden Ring 3000 hours
No man´s sky 800 hours
Cyberpunk 300 hours
Monster hunter world 4000 hours
Starbound 400 hours
Sun Haven 200 hours
Baldurgs gate 3 300 hours

All the 3d GTA games, Shattered Pixel Dungeon, Tokimeki Memorial, Final Fantasy 6, Dark Souls 3, Diablo... Can't exactly say how much hours I spent but it was a LOOOOOOOOTTTTT

I dont have exactly the total of hours (maybe next i will update de comment) but is MGS V the phantom pain, from 2016 on my xbox 360 until today at my series s i guess i've played about 1000 to 1200 hours, only in single play mode

Final Fantasy 9 PC with Moguri Mod and Shadow Hearts 2 AFAIK, probably more than 90 hours on each one of them.

mostly due to custom levels, but i'm sitting at 402 and 833 hours in Thief 1 and 2 respectively. i'd throw in another 10-20 for each when factoring my first time playthroughs off an old CD copy, and then approximately another 50-100 in The Dark Mod which i consider part of the series.
after all that would be a bit of a jump down to 171 hours in Trails in the Sky SC.
in general i dont replay a lot of things or they're on the shorter end when i do

Castlevania SotN

Silent Hill 1

Super Smash Bros 64

Xenoblade Chronicles 1

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.

I can't say how long but more than counting hours of gameplay it's years of gameplay.

I have my Final Fantasy X save that's around 1100 hours but i have had the save since the game came out and i used to farm dark matter for hours

I spent 700 something hours on Pokémon Diamond, since I used to run an EV training service. It could be that. It could also be Sims 1, a Megaman Battle Network game (likely 3), or Final Fantasy IX. But I have no way to track those.
