SILENT HILL ⨍ at 15fps made me love modern gaming again

That's because the protagonist is Japanese this time. They're like that.

Ive played them on OG hardware last year and its not good at all

The combat in the old games is DEFINITELY worse

It feels nice to know that the majority agrees with me lol

Arguably worse combat was sort of the point of the older games. That said, I don't particularly mind it when a new game in the franchise tries to give more action-focused combat a go.

it's not like the great games in the series have gone anywhere, if you want to enjoy the intentionally-clunky combat of the OG they're still there too.

Also Downpour is great.

A take i can respect at least.

Again folks, if you like the combat, wolf/fox arm, Silent F in general, whatever the case may be, fair play. I don't like it and that's ok, I have the OG's regardless.

Downpour was better. Still, at least it's not as bad as The Short Message. That's the worst Silent Hill game of all time. I'd rather play that Vita dungeon crawler thing.

I remember being generally interested in Short Message, Tis a shame it force feeds the entire messaging down your throat constantly throwing away any subtly. oh well at it was a freebie on PSN.

I'm sorry, I don't need to read a random SHF note, nor will I.
When you compared it to Twilight, all notion of credibility dissolved in that moment, if that is the standard to compare it to of all things.

Worse or not, I wouldn't change a thing about it, it adds more of a sense of vulnerability and the simplicity of the limited combat lends itself to it, the horror and to the everyday man protagonist in question, When i think of silent hill, that's exactly what i want and yes I own and have played OG Team Silent SH1-4

Among all the games in the Silent Hill Franchise I've played like the 1, 2, 3, Origins and SM but I haven't played the others like the 4, but this Silent Hill f I haven't played either and I don't know what the game itself is like.
