Shows Officially Available On YouTube

Gotta be honest, guys: I thought this thread was gonna have like three replies at most because of corporate greed or whatever, but I'm simply blown away by the sheer amount of free stuff to watch.
I'm still baffled that 80-100 years old movies aren't legally freely available. Paying for a remaster/version with found scenes I could understand in a way but not the original old quality ones.

Too bad so much of it is blocked for me.
You could use a VPN.

Yeah, man. And it's not just movies -- there's a decently-sized market for WW2 pictures because some of them are still not free to distribute. Like, the hell?

You mean actual WWII stuff from that era or reproductions to share online?

Maybe since it's for war it may have specific laws about them. Then again I think that they belong to a museum.

From that era, actually.

Most of them cut you some slack as long as you credit the source (this-or-that museum/archive), but some are bloodthirsty.

I remember an excellent FB page that used to host East Prussian imagery (from towns, cities and villages) that ended up getting in a lot of trouble and finally closed because of it, even as they were property sourcing their stuff.

Then there's the overzealous types that don't help, either -- there's a very nice Polish page documenting the history of Wroclaw through photos but they watermark them to hell, turning otherwise clear pictures into actual treasure commanding huge prices.

Restoring costs money but I agree.

Anyway, Archive.org has a ton of good old stuff such as OVAs and V-Cinema available to get before it's gone.

Idk if anyone here knows Molang (prolly Jayo), but I find these videos "series" hilarious... Not exactly a show in the sense of TV broadcasting, tho.

Mônica and Friends (portuguese, english and japanese dubs):

The Garfield Show (portuguese, english)

Garfield and Friends:

Senninha (Ayrton Senna chibi mascot) goes to the Amazon Rainforest:

Not exactly a series, but I like to put Neko Atsume's Yard Live in the background when I'm working or studying sometimes:

Simon's cat (also yt-born, but deserves mention).

TokuSHOUTsu has full English subbed playlists for Kamen Rider 1971, Kuuga, Ryuki, Zero-One, Geats, and the currently airing Zeztz. New episodes of Zeztz are streamed every weekend.

Not really -- I'm budgeting hard and still not eating a lot.
If only for yt videos, you could try this one (free plan). Proton is a reliable company (still a company, tho lol). Or maybe try using an alternative frontend, like invidious/piped and new pipe.

The Moomins (1990)

The Clangers (1969)

British Drama "The Hack"

1970's Rik Mayall Comedy "The New Statesman"

Anime "Hellsing" & "Hellsing Ultimate"

Almost every TMS anime except Detective Conan are available on their channel.
They also have the Virtua Fighter anime but it's region locked for me ::sadkirby

Not sure if this was already posted, but for any retro anime fans out there, Ghost Sweeper Mikami is on YouTube.

(I tend to use Tubi/Pluto TV for shows so idk if its region locked)

Jaspal Bhatti's Flop Show is a classic comedy show here, and frankly one of the few Indian shows I actually like. It is available to see officially free on youtube (though I dunno if they come with English subtitle or not).

You can also watch a lot of Sesame Street Episodes on the official Sesame Street channel.

Pee-Wee's playhouse is also there.

Also Alf is available to watch.

The very first addams family is also there.

And also, Hell's Kitchen.

Post automatically merged:

Also, not technically an official show, but I recommend checking out Marble Hornets if you can.

Actually thinking of rewatching GS Mikami. Never did finish it, but I recall being like 13 or so episodes close to finishing it.

Easily one of the most underrated anime in existence.

Mikami was the only high-profile anime that survived the axe after budgetary cuts ended my childhood's TV network.

A bright spot on rather dark times.
