These are pretty cool, I could see them as clan emblems in some multiplayer game. This reminded me, but I'd also like to mention the noise symbols from TWEWY.
The green pig noise is a particular favourite of mine.

That's true. I would have mentioned it myself but then people would go "this guy is a Monster Hunter nut, run!"View attachment 12121
I really love the icons from the Monster Hunter games used to represent the monsters. The way the outlines (or lack thereof) make give them this prehistoric art feel, which is fitting since Monster Hunter has that sort of industrial caveman fantasy vibe going for it. And how they all fit inside a square real neatly.
This one is obviously Rathalos, but there are lots more.
Yeah definitely. That's true. I would have mentioned it myself but then people would go "this guy is a Monster Hunter nut, run!"
Seriously though, it's cool that the iconography not only characterizes monsters rather well, the style tends to vary from game to game, too. I believe in universe they are artistical impressions from either the village elder or guild scriveners/artists, and that's the in universe explanation for the variance.
Pffffttttt Who care's? You like what ya Like. Hell we are all Nut's over one series or Another. Someone don't like it Meh well, Tuff i guess? That's true. I would have mentioned it myself but then people would go "this guy is a Monster Hunter nut, run!"
