Rejected Shoutbox/Chatbox in the forum's page

A shoutbox would be a nice addition to the forum for engaging with the people. It can increase the activity in the forum more, like we can talk freely as we are in a chatroom. Here are some example images, But I would like to see a more pretty shoutbox with the RGT's theme than these.
